All UNIROSS products are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing defaults inclusive of parts and labour for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you’re experiencing any problems with your UNIROSS product, please contact our Customer Support Team and clearly specify the issue with your purchased item. Please provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase.

For products purchased from retailers or online sellers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Extended Warranty Program

Please enter your validation code and information as required. You will be enrolled in our warranty programme after page submission, and confirmation email will be sent to you. This email and your registered email address are essential to your warranty eligibility.

Some of our products grant you access to enroll in our Extended warranty program. You just need to fill-in the Online Product Registration form for each UNIROSS product that you purchased. The form must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty Program shall be started immediately after the end of the original 1-year warranty period. A copy of the Original purchase invoice must be provided upon requesting the Extended Warranty .
